- After registration, your details will be auto-filled when applying to universities.
Step 2: Apply on the Selected University’s Portal
Once you choose a course and university on the iLearn portal, you will be redirected to the university website. You must then:
- Fill the application form

- Upload Afghan ID/Passport
- Upload photo (50–250 KB)
- Only one application per student is accepted.
